- Support the counselors and campers within your age group via daily check-ins, cabin coverage, and formal & informal staff evaluations
- Collaborate with the program team to plan and execute special events, such as excursions and age group nights
- Facilitate conflict resolution and behavior intervention strategies as needed
- Rotate with other coordinator staff as “leader of the day” to keep our schedule running smoothly, including:
- Ringing the wakeup and activity bell
- Serving as the point person for mealtimes and serving
- Facilitating meal announcements
- Attend check ins with the coordinator team, campus head, healthcare staff, and associate director to assure camper and staff needs are being addressed.
- Must be at least 21+ years of age at the start of contract
