- Serve as the point person for your designated coordinated team:

- The Program Head supervises an Activity Coordinator, Operations Coordinators, and Generalist Coordinator.
- The Campus Heads each supervise 2-3 Age Group Coordinators.
- Support the development of coordinators and staff through professional development sessions, check ins, and informal & formal evaluations.
- Build appropriate, healthy relationships with campers
- Work with the health & wellness and camp leadership team to plan effective, appropriate behavioral interventions (Campus Heads)
- Work with the director team to develop camp programming and communicate schedule update to staff (Program Head)
- Communicate updates to camp families as needed
- Partner with other staff to create a fun, memorable summer for all of our participants!
- Must be at least 21+ years of age at the start of contract
